Just ask to put up some posters or postcards in your local gym and in local shop windows. In the advert, say what you are after and the amount that you are willing to pay. If you have a PennySaver type newspaper you can also advertise in there.
Using these techniques will unearth cheap treadmills that you can buy in your local area. In fact you could find that you are spoilt for choice.
